You can provide us with documents in the most convenient way: in person at our office, by e-mail, through InPost parcel machines or using the Customer Panel.

Will I have my dedicated contact person?

Yes, each client can count on the support of a dedicated accountant / HR expert who, in addition to accounting, provides advice and experience.

What is the Customer Panel?

It is a modern online platform that allows you to issue sales invoices, view the posted economic events, prepare financial reports and gives the possibility of paying taxes and contributions to the Social Insurance Institution “with one click” thanks to the prepared online transfer – “quick payment” service.

How much does it cost to cooperate with us?

The prices of financial and accounting services start from 129 PLN per month, and the prices of HR and payroll services start from 39 PLN per month.

Is the remote service available?

Yes, the contract with Kancelaria Podatkowa Andrzej Nowak may be concluded at the office or via e-mail.

Accounting documents can be delivered using InPost parcel machines, sent by post or courier. You can contact the dedicated accountant / HR expert by phone and e-mail.

Does the Accounting Office have business insurance?

Yes, we have a civil liability insurance policy for tax advisory services with an insurance sum of 1,000,000 PLN.

Can I count on help with starting a business?

Yes, our specialists set up business activities for our clients.

Is it possible to serve foreigners?

The service of foreigners is possible. We also provide services in English.

If in doubt, can I count on advise?

We offer ongoing support of accountants and the possibility of consulting an authorized tax advisor.

Will I receive information about the amount of ZUS contributions and taxes to be paid?

Yes, accountants calculate and provide clients with exact amounts. We also offer access to the Customer Panel, where the exact amounts of contributions and taxes are calculated, addressed to a specific office and using the so-called Quick payments transfer can be conveniently made.  

Does the Accounting Office represent me during the tax audit?

Yes, the Accounting office represents the customers during the tax audit.

Is the Accounting Office responsible for mistakes in the outsourced accounting?

The responsibility for the correct accounting of the documents provided by the clients rests with the Accounting Office.

For what period is the contract concluded?

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period with a three-month notice period. It is also possible to shorten the notice period.
